Winner of the open call for experimental music theatre at Macerata Opera Festival 2018. WE CAN BE WAVES brings to the stage a cycle of songs. including and departing from Luciano Berio's FOLK SONGS. Director and choreographer Matteo Marziano Graziano with the Berlin collective CASA * MARZIANO collaborates with BTT Balletto Teatro di Torino. Themes of Greenness, Earthquake, Nature and Processes of collective Reconstruction inspire the work. It provides a specular and complementary double format: the choreographic concerts and the sound and participatory immersive installation in wireless headphones.
